Under Lunde’s leadership, the brand was well-positioned for growth, and Dowling will continue this trajectory by overseeing overall operations, setting strategic goals, focusing on expanding unit count, and driving financial performance—all while maintaining his role as CFO.

    Dowling brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record, with more than 40 years of experience leading operations, managing company finances, analyzing financial data to guide strategic decisions, managing risks, and communicating financial performance to stakeholders. He has previously held dual positions, serving as both CFO and President of Boudin, San Francisco’s oldest continuously operating business specializing in The Original San Francisco Sourdough™, as well as CFO and CEO of Marin Bikes, a global wholesaler and distributor of bikes across 45 countries.
